| Beef in Korean sauce and Kimchi |
Wife was very enthusiastic to cook a full Korean meal yesterday. She woke up at 5 am! In order to buy the best pieces of meat in the market the day before. She prepared her ingredients fast and I'm sure I need many hours more to prepare the meal.
Right, the Korean meal. The must have:
Meat cooked in Korean paste. Be it chicken, beef or pork. I believe they eat pork more often because we had pan-sizzled pork in every meal we had in Korea.
Lettuce. Sweet with tinge of hotness Korean paste. And of course, Kimchi. Wrap every ingredients onto the leaves and that's Korea meal. Remember to scoop a big spoonful of Korean nice rice into your mouth too.
Oh yeah, wash every bit of goodness down with a gulp of cold, plain water. Hardly, one can find a Korean drink Coke, hearbal drink and such sweet drinks.
