I have always been a fan of dim sum since my wife introduced the splendid dim sum choices in Foo Phing Restaurant, Sabah. In Sibu, both of us spent numerous Saturday mornings in this classy restaurant, opposite SMK Deshon, named Good Happiness Restaurant.
Eating dim sum is incomplete without Gieh Kah (Chicken feet)
